Delete your Blipit account

You can delete your Blipit account, made by Louward Labs, at any time from the Blipit app, from the website, or by email.

How to delete it

1. In the Blipit app: open More, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm with the code we email you.
2. On the web: sign in at app.blipit.io, open Settings, then Danger zone, and delete your account.
3. Or write to us and we delete it within 30 days: privacy@blipit.io

What is deleted and what is kept

Your account is switched off at once. You can recover it by signing in within 14 days. After that, your profile, sign-in methods, sessions and devices are permanently erased. A workspace you own is deleted with it, including its projects, errors, replays, bug reports and logs.

Some records stay for a limited time: the audit log of actions in a workspace is kept for 365 days, and erased data can remain in our database provider's backups for up to 30 days. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
